Slow and steady does it. Also people who really love math (or anything else) want others to understand it and share it with them, not lord it over them; find someone patient who loves math AND people to explain things to you. <br />And yes, math can be used to overwhelm us; as Twain said: "There are lies, damned lies, and statistics." Just today I saw something that said "Only 48% of people..." as if that were not many. It's nearly half of everybody! I'm a bit mentally challenged at ma...Brilliant. I'm a bit mentally challenged at maths, so I slow down and really examine what's going on. Slow at maths but quick at knowing Government etc is suckering us.I go to those who are sharp at maths and say LOOK LOOK, but they are too clever to condescend to reply to poor little numerically inept me. Hey I'm maths challenged not retarded/stupid! Don't get mesmerised by big figures that mean zilch without context.
